1. When separating the cutting head and QBH, they must be disassembled and docked horizontally. (★Note: Be sure to keep the QBH head clean and do not touch the protective window lens with your hands. Place the cutting head horizontally to reduce the entry of dust.★)

2. After removing the cutting head, check the QBH light outlet protective window for contamination.

3 Red dot to red dot when the cutting head is docked with QBH

4. After the cutting head and QBH are connected, the locking buckle of the cutting head must be locked. There are two stages of locking (the first stage rotates to the left, the second stage lifts the locking buckle up and then rotates to the left)

5. Connect the water circuit, air circuit and amplifier according to the original connections, and then fix the cutting head to the connecting plate.

6. Turn on the chiller and check whether there is any leakage in the connected water line.

7 Turn on the computer and open the software

8. Blow for a while (about two minutes), check whether the protective film is clean, and check whether the gas is clean.

1 The nozzle is contaminated or damaged → Check and clean/replace the nozzle

2 Ceramic ring/TRA is contaminated or damaged → Check and clean/replace ceramic ring/TRA components

3 The amplifier cable is in poor contact or damaged → Unplug and re-insert the amplifier cable/replace it

4 The sensor inside the capacitive module is moist and polluted (the gas is not clean, oil, gas/water vapor) → If water vapor enters the sensor, it will generally not evaporate by itself in a short period of time. First, the gas needs to be cleaned first. Second, after the gas is cleaned, the machine continues to blow for dozens of minutes, then check the protective film → Reset the height controller/88C1 → Recalibrate.

If it still doesn't work, stop using it for a day to let the water vapor evaporate or remove the capacitor module for cleaning.

5 Reset the height controller/88C1 → Recalibrate.

1 Check and replace the nozzle, ceramic ring, and protective glass.

2 Recalibrate the cutting head

3 Adjust the focus position appropriately to test

4. When the cut cannot be made, check whether there is water mist, dew, or dirty air on the protective sheet.

5. Check whether the water temperature, water volume in the water tank, and water flow are normal. If the temperature there is not freezing, it is recommended to replace it with pure water.

6. Check whether the light path is biased. Debugging

7. Check whether the upper protective film is contaminated or damaged and replace it.

8. Is the process curve drawn too low?

9 Corner burrs are large. Debug the duty cycle/frequency of the drawing process curve.

11 The collimating film or focusing film of the cutting head is contaminated or damaged

Fiber Cutting Machine Troubleshooting

Can not find Dongle

1 Check whether all switches are turned on

2 Check if there is a card driver item in the device manager

3 If there is no card driver entry,

① Check whether the mainboard power supply is normal.

② Check whether the button switch is normal.

③ Check whether the USB cable connection is normal. You can change the socket on the computer for testing.

4. If there is a stuck driver item or a question mark or exclamation mark appears, please reinstall the driver to test, or uninstall the driver and reinstall it (if it doesn’t work once, it is recommended to test it several times)

5 Computer failure, replace the computer for testing (small chance)

6 Mainboard failure, replace the mainboard for testing (low probability)

Marking Machine Troubleshooting

No laser ipg system fault detection

1. Is the focus adjustment correct (no fault will be reported)

2 Check whether the "Parameter F3" laser control--laser type selection(just below the software parameters) is correct (change all parameters according to the backup parameter table area laser control -port -others)

3. Check whether the equipment is well grounded and grounded correctly. The ground pin should be inserted into the ground for more than 50cm.

4. Use frequency doubling film to check whether there is light leakage and whether the optical path is normal (no fault will be reported)

5. Check whether the power supply of the laser is normal (whether there is wind blowing from the heat dissipation port of the laser)

6 Check and measure the laser power supply and if the output of the switching power supply are normal.

7 Unplug the laser and motherboard signal plugs and reconnect them

8. Replace laser source and test

Re-enter according to the backup parameter picture

The backup parameters are generally:

My computer → D drive/random U disk → laser marking software folder → parameter folder → there is a jpg format picture in it

Fill in the →Software→Parameters (F3)→corresponding interface location according to the picture content, then click OK and then test.

The general reasons for this situation are:

Parameter Confusion Debugging

Need to unplug all the plugs at the back of the computer → take out the computer host → remove the memory stick → wipe the memory stick contacts with an eraser → reinsert the memory stick socket (there are two memory stick sockets, plug it into the other socket) →Turn on the computer again and test.

Computer not open

1 Press the pulse button on the panel to check whether laser comes out and whether the ammeter swings.

2 Check whether the potentiometer is turned on

3 Check whether the laser switch is on

4 Check whether the laser power supply is powered (indicator light, cooling fan)

5 Check whether the water chiller is open

6 Check whether the water protection line is in good contact (small round joint at the rear of the water tank)

7 Short-circuit water protection test (small round connector at the back of the water tank), rotate and unplug the connector, and short-circuit holes 1 and 3 with wires (numbers are marked on them)

8 Test the replacement power supply

7. Check all lenses for contamination and scratches. Three reflective sheets, one focusing sheet, and one lens at the laser tube light outlet.

8 Check whether the light path is polarized. Y-axis light path. X-axis light path. Laser head focusing light path.
